Yesterday while I brought the cows in I saw one pawing the ground with her front leg sending dirt into the air. I thought it would be a great video so I started recording. Then another cow came in and photo bombed it. I guess she did know the camera was there and was jealous it wasn't on her! While I don't normally post this kind of humor, I did think this was a funny incident. I call it the ultimate cow photo bomb.

Blue Sky Between the Barns

Warm weather and beautiful skies are finally making it to the farm! Today has been the first day in a while that I could send the coveralls to the washing machine enjoy sunshine and a light jacket. I'm sure the cows and calves like it, too.

Sunrise Over the Hay Bales

I really felt like I was at the right place at the right time and actually had my camera with me yesterday. The first photo is my favorite, but I couldn't resist posting all of them in a slideshow below.

We had baled about 80 round bales in the field before stopping the day before when the baler's chain broke. We went back to go get the baler first thing the next morning to bring it in to repair it when I snapped these. None have been edited, they are all natural pictures.
